The advertisement request mediation server which mediates the advertisement request of the advertiser to a store associated with a POS device by connecting an advertiser's terminal and the POS device together through a network registers store environment information on the store sent from the POS device in a storage means in the form of a database, registers advertisement request information on the advertiser and advertisement contents sent form the advertiser's terminal in the storage means, selects a store meeting conditions that the advertiser desires out of stores having been registered, and sends corresponding advertisement contents to a POS device associated with the selected store; and the POS device stores the received advertisement contents and prints the stored advertisement contents on a receipt.
