A computer on the commodity, service, and advertisement information providing side gives a 1st quiz, receives an answer to the 1st quiz from a terminal on a side which obtains commodity, service, and advertisement information, presents information hinting the correct answer to the terminal when the received answer is incorrect, and gives a 2nd quiz only when the answer to the 1st quiz is correct.
