The serve comprises a tank for reserving a liquid cosmetic for repacking sale, a compressor for feeding compressed air within the tank, a cosmetic passage connecting the tank with an outlet for cosmetic, and a derivery amount regulator installed in the cosmetic passage, wherein the liquid cosmetic is taken-out from the outlet for cosmetic composition by operating the delivery amount regulator, and the liquid cosmetic taken out is fed in the spent hard vessel for liquid cosmetic, as a result, not only the packing sale of a liquid cosmetic but also the recycle of the hard vessel for a liquid cosmetic are enabled.
