Abstract:
To provide a servo valve evaluation system and a method for evaluating a servo valve that can acquire flow rate data which can accurately evaluate performance of a servo valve.SOLUTION: A servo valve evaluation system 1 is for evaluating performance of a servo valve V to input of a command of an inspection waveform W1 specifying a flow rate. The system includes: a flow rate sensor 2 for detecting the flow rate of the servo valve V; and a controller 3 for controlling the servo valve V. The controller 3 has a waveform changing unit 3a for extending a part a2 timewise, including a point where the flow rate specified by the inspection waveform W1 is 0, and inputs a current instruction (instruction) I of an after-change inspection waveform W2 having been changed by the waveform changing unit 3a into the servo valve V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
