Abstract:
To provide a set of a cone rod which makes wave getting looser as it goes to the hair end and rod clips which fix the beginning and the end of twisted hair bundle for making permanent wave without use of paper and rubber bands.
A cone rod is made of plastic in a cylindrical shape with ends somewhat larger. The rod with different diameters get the surface sprinkled with plastic powder to turn the hair ready to be twisted around it. Clips which fix the beginning and the end of the twisted hair bundle are made of plastic, have both faces in the same shape and teeth can be opened/closed if tabs are picked up by the fingertips.
