Abstract:
To provide a set of a spiral rod and rod clips, which needs no paper or rubber bands for making permanent wave, have hair bundle twisted around spiral grooves and fix the beginning and the end of the twisted hair bundle.
A spiral rod is made of plastic in a cylindrical shape with ends somewhat larger and has spiral grooves. The rod with different diameters keeps the surface sprinkled with plastic powder to turn the hair ready to be twisted around it. Clips which fix the beginning and the end of the twisted hair bundle are made of plastic, have both faces in the same shape and teeth can be opened/closed if tubs are pinched by the fingertips.
