Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the shaft deflection by a damping part and improve the vibrationproof characteristic, as for a shaft-fixed vibrationproof device for a piezoelectric type ultrared ray detector used for the ultrared ray measurement.
CONSTITUTION: As for a three-axis shaft-fixed vibrationproof device, a damping part 12 and a fixed shaft 18 are installed between an objective body 11 and a supporting base 14, and an intermediate part 16 which is held on the fixed shaft 18 by a bearing part 15 has a flat surface receiving part 13, and shaft deflection is prevented by holding an objective article receiver 17 by the flat surface receiving part.
