Title:
SHAFT-FIXING APPARATUS IN AXIAL TORQUE METER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3843802
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration of the body of a shaft-fixing apparatus, to facilitate bolt-clamping work, and to eliminate the need for adjusting height and inclination by the liner in the body.
SOLUTION: In a coupling 11, a shaft 32a of a torque meter 32 is inserted into a central section, and the coupling 11 and the shaft 32a are fixed by a key 16. A coupling body section 11a and a flange section 11b are provided in the coupling 11, and cutting surface sections 17 are provided symmetrically at the flange section 11b. In the cutting surface section 17, no gap is present on the inner surface of a body 12 of the shaft-fixing apparatus that is composed in an inverse U shape for fitting from the upper section. After that the body 12 of the shaft-fixing apparatus is fixed to a mounting stand 31 by a bolt 13, and a preventing member 14 is provided to prevent the body 12 of the shaft- fixing apparatus from being spread in calibration.
