Abstract:

To modify a shaft unit with a sealing function relative to two axial pressure chambers.

A first hollow cylindrical element 22 projects out of a second hollow annular element 23 in an axial end part area 25, and is fitted in the second hollow cylindrical element 23. The first hollow cylindrical element 22 is provided with at least one projection 26 oriented toward a radial direction on an outer circumference surface 29 in the end part area. The projections are arranged with keeping intervals in an axial direction on an end surface 36 of the second hollow cylindrical element, and forms a groove 27 together with the end surface. A sealing device 18 is arranged in the groove.
