To prevent current stand-up reading which enables the easy consultation of contents of a book etc., and to make it hard for documents etc. to be browsed by persons except a person to which the documents etc. are to be distributed.
A publication has a structure which is integrated with a main body of the book etc. so as to cover a page whose contents are desirably prevented from being consulted, and has the function of being easily unsealable from a joint part in consultation.
