Abstract:
To provide a sheet for creating a postcard which can be mailed by a standard-size postage, has three times describing surface of a government postcard, and can protect privacy.
The sheet for creating a postcard is provided with a cutoff part (1) at an edge of a paper (0) having not more than 15.4 cm vertical x 21.4 cm horizontal, 6 g in weight. A perforation (2) is provided to the inside of the paper. The cutout part (1) is applied with a rubber dispersion (3) and dried. The sheet is provided with a fold line (4) vertically to have a horizontal size of 10.7 cm.
