Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface micro-structure suitable for an optical film at a low cost.
SOLUTION: This shaping method is used to impart a shape having directional property and periodicity to the surface of a base. A resin is applied to the base and deformed by the following methods under a state wherein stress is applied to the base: (1) a heating method, (2) a light irradiation method, (3) an electron beam irradiation method, and (4) an ionic beam irradiation method.
