To provide a shared information utilizing system capable of changing users, in accordance with various circumstances, who are able to change a display information such as a Web page used by plural users for common use.
In this shared information utilizing system using the display information provided from a server through a network for common use at multiple computer terminals, the system comprises a relay server receiving an event generated at the computer terminals and delivering an information corresponding to the event to each computer terminal, an operation right setting means setting an operation right information which displays whether at least the operation concerning to the requirement of the displaying information is possible or not for the users of each computer terminal. The system also comprises a first control means, in the case of occurrence of the event concerning to the requirement of display information at the computer terminals, to control the delivery of the display information concerning to the requirement based on the operation right information set by the operation right setting means from the relay server to each computer terminal for the users of computer terminals.
