To obtain an excellent sheared surface without being influenced by SPM and rigidity of a press at the time of shearing by providing a movable die with an energizing elastic body when shearing, energizing the movable die with the elastic body to positively increase the speed of the movable die when shearing.
The stock 1 is sheared with the die composed of an upper die set 2, a lower die set 3 or the like accompanying the sliding movement and a blank is obtained. A punch 4 is the movable die and the die 9 is equivalent to the fixed die. The punch 4 is bitten into the stock 1 and the elastic body 6 is compressed. Next, the punch 4 is descended, the elastic body 6 is elongated and the shearing of the stock 1 is finished. For example, the stock 1 is 6 mm in thickness, SPHC in material, 50 mm in diameter of the punch 4 and 50 tf in maximum load. The elastic body 6 is 18 mm in diameter, 30 mm in length, two of which are used, and SKH 51 in material. The elastic body 6 is 0.56 mm compressed and deformed at the time of the maximum load, whose longitudinal vibration number f = 42690, and the average speed until the elongation of the elastic body 6 becomes zero is 95626 mm/s.
