Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently, elastically deform a winding shaft for drawing it out, and effectively prevent the break of the winding shaft by forming the winding shaft with cemented carbide, and limiting the length of a slit extending in the shaft direction from the vicinity of the tip of the winding shaft supported with a pin within the range of the specified times the diameter of the winding shaft.
SOLUTION: The length L of a slit 20 is made 18-20 times the diameter D of a winding shaft 12. If it is less than 18 times, a bamboo shoot phenomenon occurs and if it exceeds 20 times, the break of the winding shaft occurs. The winding shaft 12 moves in the arrow A1 direction integrally with a rotating cylinder 16, and slanting surfaces 22a, 22b formed at the tip of the winding shaft 12 come in contact with a supporting pin 18 and are supported. The winding start tip part of a sheet body is inserted into the slit 20 and wound. The winding shaft 12 moves in the arrow A2 direction, and the slanting surfaces 22a, 22b are separated from the supporting pin 18. The winding shaft 12 is elastically deformed in the direction narrowing the width of the slit 20 to reduce the diameter.
