PURPOSE: To produce a decorated formed article with its decorative layer which is effectively prevented from undergoing a long-term change in appearance when the formed article is used in warm water.

CONSTITUTION: A sheet for a decorated formed article, prepared by impregnating a decorated sheetlike reinforcement with a thermosetting resin composition mainly consisting of a phenolic antioxidant represented by the formula (wherein R1 and R2, which are independent of each other, are each tert. alkyl; R2 and R4, which are independent of each other, are each 1-10 C alkyl; R5 is hydroxy, acyloxy or alkoxy; and R6 is hydrogen or 1-10 C alkyl) and a thermosetting resin.
