The sheet having the cholesteric liquid crystal thin film comprises a base, and a composition containing a cholesteric liquid crystalline compound of 100 pts.mass, water of 55 to 75 pts.mass and a vehicle containing a photosetting component having hydrophilicity as a main component of 3 to 50 pts.mass.
