To provide a sheet-like load sensor that can be manufactured inexpensively and easily without requiring expensive facilities or professional skills.SOLUTION: An orientational porous substrate having pores perpendicular to a sheet surface is impregnated with a paste where a conductive material such as carbon is dispersed in water or an organic solvent, and vibrated by ultrasound so as to deposit the conductive material on inner walls of the pores.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
