Abstract:
To provide a tool having a relatively simple shape within the range of conventional mold structures, that can suppress occurrence of cracks in a flange portion of a press-formed product when used.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a press-formed-product having a flange portion comprises: a flange-up step of forming the flange portion on a blank to obtain a preformed product; and a re-strike step of re-striking the preformed product into a press-formed product having a target shape. The method uses in the flange-up step, a tool having a larger number of curvature portions than a number of curvature portions constituting a tool used in the re-strike step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
