Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform a series of working processes by allocating the optimum working machines to every product that is worked on a sheet working line and also to the worked shape part of every product. SOLUTION: An input means 27 of a controller 23 which controls a series of working machines inputs various data, and a storage means 29 stores the input data. A working machine allocation means 31 allocates the working machines to each working process based on the data which are occasionally stored in the means 29. A program preparing means 33 programs the allocated working machines and the movement of a sheet material W. Thus, the controller 23 totally controls a sheet material working line 1 and performs a series of working processes of the material W based on the program prepared by the means 33.
