Abstract:

To reduce a torque at the time of shift by accurately sensing shift by means of an engine controlling CPU in a hydraulic controlling automatic transmission.

Shift is not determined when a throttle opening TVO is varied to a decreasing side (S11). The shift is not determined neither, when fuel is cut against excessive rotation under high speed rotation (S12). Shift starting is determined when an engine speed N is decreased under other conditions than above (S13). Shift completion is determined when the rotation speed reaches a specified value or lower after starting shift (S14). Torque reduction control is performed based on the determination, from the starting to the completion of the shift, while retarding an angle of an ignition timing.
