Abstract:
To provide a damper which can easily adjust a friction property between a piston and a cylinder.SOLUTION: A piston 17 has a piston main body 61 connected to a piston rod, and a piston band 62 attached to an external peripheral part of the piston main body 61, and sealing a clearance between an internal peripheral part of a cylinder and itself. In a pre-assembling state before the piston band 62 is arranged in the cylinder, an angle α formed of a tip-side external peripheral part 92 at a tip side with respect to a maximum outside diameter part 91, and an axial line L passing the maximum outside diameter part 91 is larger than an angle β formed of a base-end side external peripheral part 93 at a side opposite to the tip-side external peripheral part 92 with respect to the maximum outside diameter part 91, and the axial line L passing the maximum outside diameter part 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
