PURPOSE: To realize safety and improve productivity by overlapping frames on each other and caulking-connecting them at partially dented part instead of boring each overlapped part with a cope and a drag to eliminate welding connection in a unit which is assembled by connecting plural frame members.
CONSTITUTION: A drag 1 determines a space between first and second base parts 11 and 12 according to the height of a frame 2, top and bottom frame materials 3 and 4 are mounted on the base parts 11 and 12, positioning pins 14 of the base part 11 are inserted into the positioning holes 9 of the top and bottom frame materials 3 and 4. A vertical frame material 5 is mounted between the rear side of the top and bottom frame materials 3 and 4, and positioning pins 14 of the base parts 11 and 12 are inserted into the positioning holes 9 of the horizontal frame material 5. At under the overlapped parts of the top and bottom frame materials 3 and 4 and the vertical frame material 5, the caulking dent portion of the base parts 11 and 12 of the drag 1 are positioned and correspond to them, and the overlapped parts are struck with a caulking tool.
