To realize a high freshness control of products and an energy saving by totally and rationally controlling a showcase and a refrigerator.
A general, controller 21 is disposed between a group of showcases 1 and a refrigerator 6 and comprises a solenoid valve operation arithmetic part 3, an estimation part 4 and a rotational speed command part 5. The solenoid valve operation arithmetic part 3 obtains a current average solenoid operation rate, namely, an ON time rate of respective solenoid valves during 30 minutes from the past to the present in response to solenoid operation signals from respective controllers 34A, 34B, 34C. The estimation part 4 estimates a balance condition of the capacity of a refrigerator against a showcase load. That is, the estimation part 4 judges if the capacity of the refrigerator is short, proper or excessive following an IF THEN rule. Based on this judgment, the rotational speed command part 5 sends a rotational speed command for a next 30 minutes operation to an inverter 8 and eventually controls the rotational speed of a compressor 9.
