To provide a showcase for cold/hot storage, which can perform a temperature control wherein displayed merchandise can surely be heated to a desired temperature by properly setting the arrangement of heaters or the arrangement of temperature sensors in each merchandise displaying shelf.

The capacity of a heater for heating the merchandise display shelf 11 is equally divided into three in the longitudinal direction of the shelf, and the areas for attaching the equally divided heaters 31, 32 and 33 set to be approximately 3:4:3. At the same time, the temperature sensors 31s, 32s and 33s which control the divided heaters respectively, are provided in respective divided regions, respectively. Temperature fuse devices 31f, 32f and 33f which correspond to a three-phase circuit respectively by one fuse device are fixed behind the heaters which are arranged on the front side of the shelf.
