As the cooler 50 is composed of a plurality of flat heat exchange tubes 53 arranged in a state that the cross-sectional longitudinal direction is directed to the air circulating direction, bent to circulate a refrigerant in a meandering state in the direction orthogonal to the air circulating direction, and arranged in the air circulating direction, and a first header 51 and a second header 52 to which both ends of each heat exchange tube 53 are connected, the air circulated in a ventilation trunk 30 is allowed to exchange heat with the refrigerant circulated in the heat exchange tubes 53, to be cooled to a prescribed temperature by bringing the air circulating in the ventilation trunk 30 into contact with outer faces of the plurality of heat exchange tubes 53 arranged in the air circulating direction, thus a size of the ventilation trunk 30 as an installation space of the cooler 50 can be reduced.
