PURPOSE: To obtain a shrink film capable of making a shrink-packaging therewith even without opening an air hole thereon in conducting a shrink.

CONSTITUTION: This shrink film is obtained by orienting at least both in the machine direction and transverse direction of a sheet of a composition prepared by blending 100 pts.wt. of a crystalline polypropylene-based resin copolymerized with ethylene or ≥4C α-olefin with 10-290 pts.wt. of a cyclopentadiene-based petroleum resin 160-200°C in softening point (determined by ball and ring test) and 10-290 pts.w.t. of an inorganic filler powder.
