In a shrink packaging device in which a shrink film 101 which is cut to a specified length and fed from a film carrying passage 35 is wound to effect the sleeve packaging around an article 2 carried on an article carrying passage 10, and then, the shrink film 101 is heat-shrunk to shrink-package the article, a tape attaching device 90 for a handle to attach a tape 5 for the handle to a specified place of the shrink film 101 in advance prior to the sleeve packaging is provided.
