Abstract:
To provide a shutoff valve that hardly makes air backflow occur.
The shutoff valve comprises impermeable sheets 11 placed to be counter to each other to form a tubular air passage, which is closed when the sheets 11 stick together. At least one of the sheet 11 is a bendable sheet, which allows the sheets 11 to stick together easily, thus makes the closing of the air passage effective.
