This device is provided with the selective switching means (custom button 6 and main command dial 3) selectively switching a plurality of shutter time groups, the selection means (custom button 6 and sub command dial) capable of selecting or combining and selecting the desired shutter time from the shutter time group selected by the selective switching means, and the display means 5 displaying the shutter time selected by the selection means. Then, a plurality of shutter time groups are easily and selectively switched. Thus, even in the case long-time exposure is not used, the selection function of the desired shutter time within a range which is ordinarily used frequently is not spolied. Furthermore, in the case the long-time exposure is used, the shutter time which is long is also used.
