Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control many side printing devices by one host computer.
CONSTITUTION: Latent image data already expanded to a character corresponding to a set code is previously stored in the extension memories 34 of the respective side printing devices 31. Besides, the desired set code is inputted to the desired side printing device 31 from the host computer 11 by utilizing a proper RS 422 interface 24 in a communication relay controller 21. Then, the latent image data corresponding to the inputted set code is read out from the memory 34 and copied to a RAM 35. A latent image obtained based on the latent image data read out from the RAM 35 is exposed and recorded on a photosensitive material by a photosensitive material carrying and latent image forming device 41.
