Abstract:
To reduce the wear of a sidewall of a pallet caused by rubbing between a crusher guide and/or accumulated sintered ore and the sidewall that can occur when discharging the sintered ore from the pallet.
In the sidewall 3 of the pallet 2 of a continuous sintering machine 1, the wear portion of the rear part upper face of the sidewall 3 of the pallet 2 viewed in the traveling direction of a pallet truck is formed with heat-resistant and wear-resistant cast iron 4 cast in simultaneously with casting of the sidewall 3, in the form of a thin layer almost parallel with the traveling direction so as to be integral with the sidewall 3.
