Title:
SIGNAL AMPLIFICATION ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM, WIRELESS COMMUNICATION UNIT, SIGNAL AMPLIFIER AND SIGNAL AMPLIFICATION ADJUSTMENT METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3485512
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly amplify a transmission signal depending on a transmission signal output.
SOLUTION: An operation section 42 gives attenuation control data to a control processing section 14 so as to changes combinations of attenuation ratio of a plurality of voltage controlled attenuators provided to a high frequency variable amplifier section 11 in various ways while keeping a transmission signal output constant. A spectrum analyzer 2 received the transmission signal sent from a wireless communication unit 1 and measures adjacent channel leakage power and informs an analysis processing unit 3 of the measured power. The analysis processing unit 3 uses an arithmetic section 42 to specify attenuation control data when the adjacent channel leakage power is minimized while a transmission signal output from the wireless communication unit 1 is made constant and records the specified data to an output power table memory 13. The wireless communication unit 1 uses a power control section 12 to read proper attenuation control data from the output power table memory 13 in response to the transmission signal output under the control of the control processing section 14 and supplies the data to a high frequency variable amplifier section 11 as an attenuation control signal.
