Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain stable operation even at a high frequency and a high temperature concerning to the signal distribution circuit in which one input signal is distributed to plural output terminals through a driver gate circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Feedback circuits 131-13n detect whether or not output terminals 141-14n are terminated based on an output voltage. The feedback circuit 13n connecting to the output terminal 14n for which the output terminal is not terminated fixes an output level of a driver gate 12n to a prescribed value thereby substantially letting the driver gate be in an inoperative state.
