Abstract:
To provide a signal measurement device that eliminates the need for a broadband sample-and-hold circuit.SOLUTION: A signal measurement device 100 measures a periodic measurement object signal S1. A multitone signal generator 110 generates a multitone signal S2 that includes a plurality of frequencies f1, f2, etc., fn. Each of the plurality of frequencies f1, f2, etc., fn is corresponded to corresponding one of the basic wave f0 included in the measurement object signal S1 and harmonic waves 2f0, 3f0, 4f0, etc., and when it is assumed that Δf1, Δf2, etc.,Δfn represent the difference between each frequency f1, f2, etc., fn and the corresponding frequency, the expression Δf1≠Δf2≠, etc., ≠Δfn is satisfied. A frequency mixer 120 frequency mixes the multitone signal S2 with the measurement object signal S1. A frequency filter 130 receives an output signal S3 of the frequency mixer 120 and passes it through a prescribed frequency band.
