To perform basic product-sum calculation using the amount of probability distribution by a simple electronic circuit.
A circuit module for a data processing is provided with little first input Ix,j, little second input Iy,j and little output Ij,j. A first transistor Ti,j combines the first input and the second input. The source of each first transistor Tj,j is connected to the first input and the gate is connected to the second input. Each second input is further connected to the gate and source of a second transistor Tj. An output current corresponds to the product of currents passed through each input. By combining the output, a product-sum is calculated so as to calculate discrete probability distribution. The combination of the circuit module solves complicated signal processing tasks.
