This silver paste is formed with metal powder and a vehicle. The metal powder contains Ag as a main constituent, 0.1-5.0 wt.% of Au, and 0.1-5.0 wt.% of one or more elements selected from a group comprising Cu, Al, Ti, Pd, Ni, V, Ta, W, Mo, Cr, Ru and Mg. The vehicle is prepared by mixing a binding agent, a solvent and a dispersant.
