PURPOSE: To conduct transport and storage safely without damaging top portions by engaging plural number of arch type movable support rods with guide members guidably and movable, and providing flat piling support both end portions of support bodies.
CONSTITUTION: A fixation metal fitting 16 is taken off, and arch type movable support rods 14 and top bodies 15 are respectively moved in a perpendicular state along first guide members from the center of a main body 1 to both side while they are being contracted, and carried onto support bodies at both ends of the main body 1 through the 2nd guide members 8. Movable support rods 14 are fixed at arch type fixation support rods 12 by means of top body fixation metal fittings 17. Next, connecting members 18 connecting the main body 1 to support bodies are released, and by turning respectively the pair of support bodies, movable support rods 14 and top bodies 15 together with fixation support rods 12 are made to fall sideways on the floor board 2 of the main body 1. Accordingly, a simple frame house falls into a flat and compact state. As a result, storage and transport can be accomplished by piling up a plurality of simple frame houses that are in a flat and compact state, on flat piling support bodies 13 at the pair of support bodies.
