PURPOSE: To protect eyes and the respiratory organs with a simple structure by sticking a gas permeable foaming body inside which active carbon is dispersively arranged to one surface of the whole peripheral edge of an almost flat thin transparent plate of a rectangle or the like by leaving a position corresponding to eyes and a nose.

CONSTITUTION: For example, an active carbon sponge 2 is stuck to the outer peripheral edge of an elliptic or rectangular transparent plate 1. At this time, it is not stuck to a position corresponding to a part of eyes and a nose. A nose part corresponding position 4 is projected to the opposite side of the activated charcoal sponge 2, and a buffle plate 3 is arranged in a nose hole corresponding position, and a short circuit at outside air inflow time may be prevented. Strings 5 are installed, and are fixed to a head part. Therefore, the active carbon sponge 2 is brought into close contact with the face, and is installed so as to slightly leave a ventilating space around a nose. When a thickness of the active carbon sponge 2 is set in about 10mm and a width is set in about 20mm, passing flow speed of air becomes about 10 to 20mm per second, and smoke or the like can be adsorbed and removed satisfactorily.
