Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decide the robot loading position in a short time and to reduce the teaching time for robot actions by displaying a loading situation, etc. obtained after a worker puts an object at a designated position as well as a loading situation on a pallet obtained before an object is loaded. CONSTITUTION:The position of an object to be loaded, the pallet information, the data on the size and loading position of the object, etc. are stored in memory parts 102-108 of a computer 1 used to a system. A program which actuates a control part 101 is stoed is memory parts 109 and 110 respectively. A form recognizer 3 such as a TV camera, etc. connected to the computer 1 stores the object set at its loading position. Then the loading situation on a pallet recognized by the recognizer 3 before loading is displayed at a graphic terminal 2 together with the loading situation obtained after loading under the control of a part 101. A worker supplies an action indication to a robot controller 4 through an input device 5 while looking at the display of the terminal 2. Thus it is possible to reduce the teaching time for robot actions.
