PURPOSE: To provide a plant operation training simulator capable of instantly presenting the operation content data according to the switch operation of a trainee to an advisor and reducing the load of the advisor.

CONSTITUTION: A computer 4 constituting the simulator fetches the switch position information of a switch which the trainee operates on a simulated control board, and changes it to the operation information of equipments of a simulated plant to operate respective plant variable. These operation information and the plant variable are stored in a plant data base 44 together with generation times. On the other hand, the switch position information is fetched into an operation content data editing part 47 also, and referring to a setting table 48, equipment names and the operation content corresponding to the switch ID are edited together with operation times to be displayed on a monitor in an advisor room. When the plant variable to be displayed corresponding to the switch ID are set, the values of the plant variable and the generation times are displayed.
