PURPOSE:To make sure the simultaneous arrival of plural mobile objects and to suppress the speed reduction of the mobile object for the simultaneous arrival to an irreducible minimum. CONSTITUTION:When it is judged that at an arrival period deciding process 1, a second mobile objection can complete to move until a first mobile objection arrives at the prescribed position, a motor is operated without reducing the speed and operated at the most fast operation time. When it is judged that at the arrival period deciding process 1, the second mobile object cannot complete to move until the first mobile object arrives at the prescribed position, the first mobile object is once speed-reduced at a certain point of time after the both start to move at a predicted remaining moving quantity selecting process 3, and when it is assumed that the first mobile object is re-accelerated by the timing when it is predicted that the second mobile object can complete to move, the assumed necessary moving quantity of the second mobile object at the timing is computed, and when the remaining moving quantity of the second mobile object is smaller than the set moving quantity corresponding to the assumed necessary moving quantity, the motor is re-accelerated at an acceleration process 9 and the simultaneous arrival can be performed.
