PURPOSE: To eliminate inversion of a product at the time of demolding, by a method wherein an auxiliary concrete shuttering and lid plate edge cutting frame forming a lid hold supporting rest are united, an iron plate used for the top end is made to have a projected height of the lid plate edge cutting frame and separation placement of concrete and the demolding of a sidewall main body and lid plate are performed by the same concrete shuttering.
CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary concrete shuttering 9 and lid plate edge cutting frame 7 forming a lid hold supporting rest 6 are united, a thickness (t) of a concrete shuttering iron plate is projected as a projected height (h) and a height of the lid plate edge cutting frame 7 is made identical with a height of the lid hold supporting rest 6 at the time of building and fitting of a lid plate 5. The lid plate edge cutting frame 7 comprised of a side wall main body 4 and concrete edge cutting forms a tilting angle (j) becoming a draft is constituted extending over the whole surface of profile to make the demolding and building of the lid plate 5 on the spot easy. Then iron reinforcement rods corresponding to designed stress degree of a sidewall and the lid plate are fitted separately from each other while holding a protective covering, concrete is placed to a rising sidewall and placement of the concrete to a top part of a floor plate is performed simultaneously with that to the lid plate 5. The lid plate edge cutting frame 7 and auxiliary concrete shuttering 9 are demolded simultaneously, the concrete shuttering is removed after the demolding, fitted again into the lid hold supporting rest 6 of the sidewall main body 4, the main body and lid are united and the whole is demolded.
