The skin care brush is a face-washing brush 1A for washing a user's face, and includes a brush portion 2A made of raw silk and a handle portion 3A supporting the brush portion 2A. After whipping soap with the brush portion 2A soaked in hot water, the brush portion 2A is applied to the user's face to wash the face.
