Abstract:
To provide a skin care device which carries out efficient skin care by using a minus ion.
The skin care device is a device for caring the skin surface of the face, the wrist, the elbow, the lap, and the scalp. This skin care device is provided with a device for generating the minus ion. The device for generating the minus ion is constituted of generating the minus ion so as to be released on the skin surface independently of or in parallel with the care of the skin surface of the face, the wrist, the elbow, the lap, and the scalp.
