PURPOSE: To obtain a cleaning and wiping agent composition, containing a water-soluble solvent and a compound providing specific metallic ions in an aqueous solution and capable of removing fouling on the peripheral parts of the anus, urinary organs and pudendeum and preventing deterioration in hemorrhoids, contact dermatitis, pruritus, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A cleaning and wiping agent composition containing 10-40 wt.% water-soluble solvent and 0.1-5 wt.% compound (e.g. CaCl2) selected from the group consisting of alkaline earth metals, Mn, Zn, Co and Ni and providing one or more metallic ions. In addition, water, a silicone oil, a surfactant, a humectant, a germicide, a perfume, etc., are suitably blended therewith to prepare the composition and afford the objective substance. The composition is prepared in the form of aerosol, spray, etc., and used. The strength of toilet paper is maintained and cleaning, wiping effects and skin protecting effects on diarrheal feces, menstrual blood, urine, etc., are excellent with good feeling of use.
