The skin cosmetic includes (A) a polyalkylene glycol derivative shown by the general formula (I), Z-{O-(EO)a-(BO)k-H}m (in the formula, Z represents a residue excluding hydroxy groups from a polyvalent alcohol having 3-6 hydroxy groups, m represents an integer of 3-6, EO represents an oxyethylene group, BO represents an oxybutylene group, the EO and BO are a bind in block form, (a) represents an integer of 10-50, k represents an integer of 1-25, and the mass content of EO to 100 pts.mass of the total of EO and BO is 15-75 pts.mass), and (B) a water soluble polymer, and the content of the component (A) to the total amount of the skin cosmetic is 0.1-10 mass%, and the content of (B) component is 0.01-3 mass%.
