A slag carrying out conveyer is provided with: a base blade 74a connected to the outer circumferential part of an endless chain (endless driving means) 73; a scraper blade 74b having an outward projecting end part 74e projecting outward relative to the endless chain 73 from a front end part 74d in the moving direction in a base blade 74a and brought into contact with a bottom surface 63 in moving downward along the bottom surface 63 with the turn and movement of the endless chain 73; and an oblique plate 74c connected to the rear end part 74f in a direction reverse to the movement direction D of the base blade 74a and connected also to the outward projecting end part 74e of the scraper blade 74b.
