CONSTITUTION: When the curvature of the cutting edge part 14A vicinity of an inner peripheral cutting edge blade 14 is detected by a detection device at the cutting time of the material 20 to be subjected to slicing by the blade 14, the fluid fed via a fluid feeding pipe 42A from a liquid feeding source is injected for one face(projecting face) of the blade 14 adequately from a fluid injection port 41A in a fluid injection device 40 according to this detection result. This injected liquid is fed toward the opening of the cutting part of the material 20 can be subjected to slicing according to the rotation of the inner peripheral cutting edge blade 4 in an arrow mark A direction. The inner peripheral cutting edge blade 14 is pressed in other direction and this curvature is thus corrected automatically.
