Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide device for an automotive rear seat which is not actuated by forced wrong operation to achieve excellent secureness of action.
SOLUTION: A push-rod 29 interlocked with operation of a device lever 19 to be protruded forward is supported in an upward movable condition, and a forward end of the push-rod 29 protruded forward is in vertical position relation to pass above a slide lock 22 in an engagement condition to a lock groove part 11, and to be horizontally applied to an upper part of the slide lock 22 in a non-engagement condition. In this structure of utilizing the push-rod 29, transmission of operation force is secure in both pulling and feeding compared to the cases of connection by wire, and forced wrong operation, if any, will not cause other action than normal one.
